School Supply List 2011/2012
Open Enrollment
Open enrollment window for the 2012/13 school year will begin on December 1, 2011 through January 15, 2012
Students who desire to attend a school or program outside of their designated attendance area may apply for Open Enrollment/Nonresidence authorization for the school or program of their choice. In order to apply, an Open Enrollment/Nonresident Application must be filled out.
Due to the increasing enrollment at Centennial Elementary, applications will be considered based on class sizes.
Kindergarten Registration 2011/2012
All Kindergarten parents whose child will be 5 years old by October 1, 2011 may enroll their child. Please stop by the office to pick up a registration packet.
Centennial offers 3 choices for Kindergarten for the 2011/12 school year:
1. Full Day (tuition) program- Currently Full - May be placed on a waiting list.
2. 1/2 time -Monday through Friday - mornings
3. 1/2 time - Monday through Friday - afternoons
Kindergarten Registration 2012/2013
All Kindergarten parents whose child will be 5 years old by October 1, 2012 may register starting December 1, 2011. Early registration will end on January 15, 2012.
Centennial will offer 3 choices for Kindergarten for the 2012/13 school year:

The preschool classes are currently filled for the 2011-12 school year
Applications for tuition-based programs are available at all elementary school sites, or online
Applications are also available for the tuition-free Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) and will be accepted beginning February 28. This program serves 4-year olds whose families are low-income and may have other at-risk factors. CPP information can be obtained at elementary school sites, SVVSD Student Services/Early Childhood Office, on the District website, or by calling 303-702-7815.
Preschool opportunities are also available for 3 and 4-year olds with special needs or disabilities. To schedule an assessment call Child Find at 303-772-6649.
Preschool for the 2012/13 school year is currently full. Please call the school office if you would like to be placed on the wait list.
Students New to St. Vrain Valley: The registration packet must be completed in its entirety and returned to the school office 48 hours prior to the first day of attendance. All Applicants: Please fill out ALL forms in the packet as they are required by the St. Vrain Valley School District to enroll your child(ren). We MUST have the following:
